Wandering Foxes

Wandering Foxes is a unique folk duo that combines the solo talents of multi-instrumentalists Voksy Daeche and Kim Burns. Their unique sound is hinged around the rich tones of the humble ukulele and enriched by the sweet-sweet sound of double bass, fiddle, guitar, banjo and lush vocals.

The Foxes enjoy playing a wide range of musical genres including traditional and contemporary folk, jazz, blues, and country, and even dabble in the music of the 2000s with an added dash of foxy flair.

Not only do Wandering Foxes boast a unique sound that spans the genres, but their look is also unique. Seriously… how often do you get the chance to see a fox playing double bass?

The Wandering Foxes are regularly sited at The Blue Cockatoo Bar in Maldon and have also been spotted at 48 Main, The Taproom, The Girgarre Moosic Muster and The Melbourne Ukulele Festival.
